SHEAR BEAM TYPE LOAD CELLS
The (single ended) shear beam is designed for low profile scale and process applications. The shear beam capacities are from 100kg to 5t. One end of the shear beam contains the mounting holes while the opposite end is where the cell is loaded. The load cell should be mounted on a flat smooth surface with high strength hardened bolts. The larger shear beam cells have more than two mounting holes to accommodate extra bolts to keep the hardware from stretching under stress load.

H3OB shear beam load cells are highly-versatile, easy-to-install weighing scale load cells ideal for monitoring and converting force into a measurable output in medical, automotive and agricultural machinery installations.
The H3OB series is constructed from durable nickle-plated alloy steel with IP67-rated protection against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. This load cell is supplied with a 4m (4 core screened cable) length.
